Summary

Four students created two robots for the RoboCup theatre competition. They had to design, make, and program their robot to dance using computers. Then they chose music, costumes and props. There was a lot of problem solving. They came second place “doing something we’re all passionate about”.

Fun Swimming Sports

I see people cheering for team mates. There are adults watching there, kids swimming in the water and I see them throwing the pennies in the water. I hear the people yelling and I hear Miss Hill and Mr G talking on the loudspeaker. I taste the wind going in my mouth. I am touching the blocks that I am putting in the bucket for my house, Pukeko!!! I smell the wet towels and the strong smell of chlorine from the pool.

This is my pen pal letter to Alex she lives in America in the class we all have a diffident pen pal.

Hi how are you I am really good. My family is my mum’s name is Kim my dad’s name is Paul and my sister’s name is Emma I have a dog called Tess. I am a tomboy as well I ride a motorbike my Dad (Paul),my sister Emma And I go to different places to ride our motorbikes. I like to play soccer my team has won every game in the session and came first in our first tournament and in our second tournament we came runners up. Something I was pleased with was that I tried my hardest because I did all the activities

I really enjoyed learning how to do long jump because I have never done it before

Something I found hard was high jump because I am not  good at jumping high
