Have you heard about the new toys the walkie talkies? I think you should advertise this product on the tv because more people watch the tv . It is much safer than the internet

First of all, I think you should put it in the ads in between the news and the kids channels. The kids will be watching the kids channel and the adults  will be watching the news and then the kid will want the walkie talkies. Do it around christmas time so the the adults will buy them for the christmas  presents.  

Second, that if it is on the internet it could put a virus on to the computer and that is not a safe way to advertise your product. You can not get viruses on the tv so it will we safe so the people will buy your product. I think that if it is on the tv it will be more safe than the internet.

Thirdly, I think that this is one of the most important one of all. Less  people will see it on the internet because not everyone has wifi or a computer to see your ad. So if you do it on the tv more people will see it and your product will be more popular.

So I think that The tv is safer, more people will see your ad and not everyone has wifi or a computer. You should put it on the tv because it is more safe and more people will see it. Put your ad on the tv it is the best way to advertise.

My Blood Story's

I was driving down the road and there was cars coming from all directions. The road was really busy and he pulled out on onto another busy road and did not look the other way and as I pulled out a car went right into the back of my car and flipped it. In the car that flipped the other car flu in the air and landed on the other side of the road and all you can see is the blood coming out of my  car. The amblience the firetruck and  the police car all came really fast to the crash. The amblience people hopped out and the woman came to me and the man went to the other car.

One day my  boyfriend and I were driving down a country road and our car broke down. We both hopped out and had a look but we could not fix it . So I hopped back In the car and my boyfriend said to me  “Stay in here don't hop out and he walked away. I was waiting for 2 hours and then I heard a bang bang bang on the roof of my car and then I waited for another 2 hours then I hopped out and look on the roof and my boyfriend head was hanging and blood  was dripping out of the head.

Trip to Mars

Blast! I am off to Mars in my rocket! I look out the window and all I can see is smoke. 1 week later I say to Maia we just went outside of gravity and we started to float. Going upside down and doing flips. Then it was time for bed I am sleeping on the wall to night. I hop into bed and Matilda is sleeping next to me and I said to her how long until we are at Mars? 253 day to go. That is  long way to go. 

250 days later 3 day to go. Yay! We got the marble out and threw it in the air the marble floated in the air for 3 min then it went down. Next we got a yoyo and it worked like it did on earth. We are here yay! I hopped out of the spaceship and I floated in the air. I cannot believe that am on Mars. It is awesome!! I did not think it was going to be this red and so many pot holes then I hop back into the spaceship and I got the marble and went outside and played with it.

Something I was pleased with was the my class all paddled together because if we didn't we will not go forward and back.

I really enjoyed learning was that to turn the boat because we turn ourselves around.

Something I found hard was to keep paddling because my hands were sore.  

Something that made me think was the words  and what the mean.

Rescue Helicopter

Suddenly the Rescue Helicopter came swooping in over the sea. The wind that was made was making a lot of waves in the water. Fastly Uncle Jason jumped out of the Rescue Helicopter into the water with a rope! Then he swim over to the policemen that was in the water and he grabbed him . Next Uncle put up his hand with his palm facing up and they let the winch down. He connected him and the police man to it and the guy in the Rescue Helicopter pulled them up into the Rescue Helicopter.

Summary

Fun Swimming Sports

I see people cheering for team mates. There are adults watching there, kids swimming in the water and I see them throwing the pennies in the water. I hear the people yelling and I hear Miss Hill and Mr G talking on the loudspeaker. I taste the wind going in my mouth. I am touching the blocks that I am putting in the bucket for my house, Pukeko!!! I smell the wet towels and the strong smell of chlorine from the pool.

I am a tomboy as well I ride a motorbike my Dad (Paul),my sister Emma And I go to different places to ride our motorbikes. I like to play soccer my team has won every game in the session and came first in our first tournament and in our second tournament we came runners up. My favourite thing about being in Room 16 in 2013 is have an amazing teacher (ordinary) and class and going to camp.

Reflection for Yachting

Something I was pleased with was that everyone had a turn because some people didn't say no when they were asked to take out other students.

I really enjoyed learning how a yacht works because I did not know how to.

Something I found hard was trying to not hit other boats  because I didn’t want to crash.

Something that made me think was how to find which way the wind was coming from because we were not allowed to go against the wind.

Something I want to get better at is being brave in the yacht I can not be so scared. 

         

Cooking with Hemani's mum doing parota

Hemani's mum come in to room 16 and did some cooking with as she cooked parota with as it was really yummy here is the method ,what you need and ingredients. I helped make it . It was really fun!!!  

Ingredients

• Cauliflower
• Onions
• Potatoes
• Coriander
• Coriander powder
• Wheat Flour
• Water
• Flour
• Cummin seeds
• salt

Equipment:

• Hot plate ( Tiva )
• Plate
• bowl

Method

Step 1: Prepare the ingredient

Step 2: Grab the 2 potatoes wash them and then put them in the microwave for 15 minutes.

Step 3: While the potatoes are warming up cut the cauliflower into small pieces same with the

coriander.

Step 4: Cut the onion into small

Step 5: Get the potatoes out of the microwave and peel them. And after mash with the masher.

Step 6: Mix the cauliflower and the coriander onions and potatoes together.

Step 7: Add salt and coriander powder then mix again.

Step 8: Mix the wheat flower and the water together to make it kind of like dough.

Step 9: Take a handful of dough and roll up into a 3D circle.

Step 10: Put the rolled up dough in the plain dry flour.

Step 11: Roll pin the dough out a into a little flat circle.

Step 12: Put a handful of the mixture into the flat circle.

Step 13: Pinch each side of the dough together so that the mixture is tucked inside.

Step 14: Roll the mixture and the dough together outwards with the roll pin.

Step 15: Then put the dough on the hot plate ( Tiva )

Step 16: Wait till it is warm or hot and eat!
