Pen pal letter #2

This is my pen pal letter to Alex she lives in America in the class we all have a diffident pen pal.

Dear Alex

Hi how are you I am really good. My family is my mum’s name is Kim my dad’s name is Paul and my sister’s name is Emma I have a dog called Tess. I am a tomboy as well I ride a motorbike my Dad (Paul),my sister Emma And I go to different places to ride our motorbikes. I like to play soccer my team has won every game in the session and came first in our first tournament and in our second tournament we came runners up. We have just been to kayaking and yachting it was really fun. My team was Lily and Imaan but I also went with Olivia in the yacht and in the kayak I went with Bree.

Athletics day reflection

Reflection for athletics

Something I was pleased with was that I tried my hardest because I did all the activities

I really enjoyed learning how to do long jump because I have never done it before

Something I found hard was high jump because I am not  good at jumping high

Something I want to get better at is running faster training for it.

         

Mathletics

Something I was pleased with was that I created a really cool design because I put 2 design together.

I really enjoyed learning how to do all the design because it was fun doing it.

Something I found hard was finding the center of the page because the line always where wonky.

Something that made me think was trying to do all of the different line because it was really made me think

Something I want to get better at is working more faster at it. I can not muck around. 

In the weekend Mum and I made this it is mathletics but me and mum did it with nails and a bit of wood   

In class we have been going mathletics we had to came up with our own design  to do to a competition

My favourite thing about being in Room 16 in 2013 is have an amazing teacher (ordinary) and class and going to camp.   

Something I would like to do next year is try from a house leader and a young leader.

My dream job would be a nurse.

The best thing about reading so far this year is Dead harry

The best thing I read this year was Justice League making connections to Shadow.

The best thing about maths so far this year is mathletics.

I was most proud of learning is how to do my basic facts fast . I was proud because I was improving all the time.

Reflection for Yachting

Something I was pleased with was that everyone had a turn because some people didn't say no when they were asked to take out other students.

I really enjoyed learning how a yacht works because I did not know how to.

Something I found hard was trying to not hit other boats  because I didn’t want to crash.

Something that made me think was how to find which way the wind was coming from because we were not allowed to go against the wind.

Something I want to get better at is being brave in the yacht I can not be so scared.
